MAG 1 Synthetic Blend, Higher Mileage Motor Oils
have formulations engineered to provide both the benefits of synthetic base oils and the benefits of additives tailored to the needs of higher mileage - over 75,000 mile - engines. The synthetic base oils in MAG 1 offer superior oxidation stability, extra protections against heavy load conditions, additional high temperature protection, and better gold weather properties than conventional motor oils. MAG 1's higher mileage additives provide extra anti-wear protection, provide seal conditioning agents to restore flexibility to brittle seals and prevent engine leaks, and work to maintain power or restore lost power by reducing engine deposits.
APPLICATIONS
MAG 1 Synthetic Blend, Higher Mileage Motor Oils can be used in nearly all services for all domestic and foreign gasoline engines, including passenger cars, light-duty trucks, vans, and sport utility vehicles. They provide outstanding protection for higher mileage engines and for newer engines which owners plan to maintain well past the factory warranty period. SAE grades 5W-20 and 5W-30, which are particularly engineered for newer engines, exceed the requirements of ILSAC GF-3 and API SL, along with previous API classifications SJ, SH and SG. SAE grades 10W-30 and 10W-40 are particularly well suited for older, higher mileage engines and meet the requirements of API SL, SJ, SH SG and in addition the heavy duty API CF classification. The 10W-30 grade is also ILSAC GF-3 approved.

Full Synthetic Motor Oils
MAG 1 Full Synthetic Motor Oils are state of the art, advanced technology, synthetic motor oils which provide the highest level of
engine protection obtainable, even under the most severe operating conditions. The 100% synthetic base oils in MAG 1 provide exceptional resistance to high temperature oxidation thickening. Its patented additives prevent sludge formation commonly caused by the moisture and combustion by-products contamination of engine crankcases. Its exceptionally high viscosity index minimizes cold weather oil thickening, which
greatly reduces battery drain and engine wear, even at subzero start ups. The additive system utilizes a performance booster to provide better protection against high temperature sludge and varnish formation, keeping engines clean longer than conventional motor oils.
MAG 1 Full Synthetic Motor Oils are especially recommended for prolonged vehicle operation in either hot or cold climates, in high RPM service that generates high engine oil temperatures, and in severe stop-and-go driving conditions.
